Quick Setup
Complete these setup steps before you get started creating delivery routes:
- Review your EasyRoutes Settings - Customize the app to fit your needs!
- Set your Route Options - Enter a start & end location and enable other options.
- Add a Driver - You'll need to add a driver before you can dispatch routes.

When you open EasyRoutes in your Shopify Admin you will see the EasyRoutes Dashboard with quick access to common actions and a summary of your recent EasyRoutes activity:
Select "Orders" from the EasyRoutes navigation menu to begin selecting orders for your first route:
Underneath the map you will find your Route Options and your store's orders:
You can use the search bar or filter tools to fine-tune the orders that are displayed - for example, here we're filtering orders that are currently unrouted, and located in a specific city:
Check the boxes next to the orders you want to deliver and click the "Add orders to map" button at the bottom of the screen. When you have added all the orders you want to deliver to the map, scroll up and click the "Create route(s)" button:

๐ ๏ธ How to Edit Routes
If you are creating more than one route at once (you would have set this in your Route Options), you will land on a Route Group page. If you are generating a single route, you'll go right to the Route Page.
From here, you can edit your route's name and scheduling details:
You can also add new orders and re-optimize your route, or manually move orders to a different position within the route:

๐ How to Dispatch Routes
Try an interactive demo of how to create and dispatch routes in just a few clicks.
Once you've created and edited your routes, you're ready to go! Routes can be dispatched without an assigned driver, allowing any active driver in your roster to claim it from our mobile app. You can also assign a driver to a route, and click the Dispatch button to send the route directly to the assigned driver:

When you open EasyRoutes you will see the EasyRoutes Dashboard with quick access to select orders, create routes, and a summary of your recent EasyRoutes activity:

If this is your first time using EasyRoutes for Web, you'll first need to import the orders you'll be creating optimized routes with. Orders can be imported via EasyRoutes' API & Zapier integrations, or by importing a .CSV file containing orders as shown below:
Once you've imported orders to work with, you will find your Route Options and your store's orders below the map on the Orders page:
You can use the search bar or filter tools to fine-tune the orders that are displayed - for example, here we're filtering orders that are currently unrouted, and located in a specific city:
