EasyRoutes can be customized in many different ways to suit the needs of your business.

To do so, visit the EasyRoutes for Shopify Settings page in your Shopify admin:

If you're using EasyRoutes for Web, navigate to the Settings page located on the bottom left-hand side of the screen once logged in:

In this section you can find general support information as well as information about your EasyRoutes plan.

General

In this section you can customize how EasyRoutes works, from how you fulfill orders to how you want your order selection and route pages to look like (e.g. what information to display).

Order Tracking

In this section you can customize the order tracking experience for your customers.

Notifications

In this section you can customize the notifications you send to your customers.

Packing slips and labels

Customize how you would like your packing slips and labels to look.

Driver settings

In this section are any settings that may affect your delivery drivers.
