⚙️ EasyRoutes Settings

EasyRoutes can be customized in many different ways to suit the needs of your business.

To do so, visit the EasyRoutes for Shopify Settings page in your Shopify admin:

If you're using EasyRoutes for Web, navigate to the Settings page located on the bottom left-hand side of the screen once logged in:


Once there you can navigate these sections to customize EasyRoutes:

Help & Support

In this section you can find general support information as well as information about your EasyRoutes plan.

General

In this section you can customize how weights and distances are displayed and how EasyRoutes fulfills and interacts with orders app wide.

Automations (on EasyRoutes for Shopify)

In this section you can customize how EasyRoutes imports Shopify orders on the Orders tab.

Dashboard

In this section you can customize which sections are displayed on the Dashboard.

Orders

In this section you can customize how the Orders tab is displayed.

Routes

In this section you can customize default options for the Routes list on the Routes tab and adjust how route pages are displayed.

Order Tracking

In this section you can customize the order tracking experience for your customers.

Customer Notifications

In this section you can customize the notifications you send to your customers.

Packing Slips & Labels

Customize how you would like your packing slips and labels to look.

Driver Settings

In this section are any settings that may affect your delivery drivers.

API

Find your IDs and keys for using EasyRoutes' API, including any registered webhook endpoints and links to relevant API documentation in this section.
