How do I change a driver's phone number?
If a driver added to your EasyRoutes account has changed their phone number, they will need to be added and activated to your account using their new number to continue receiving dispatched routes. To accomplish this, follow the steps below:
- Deactivate your driver's old phone number in your EasyRoutes account.
- Add & activate your driver's new phone number in your EasyRoutes account.
- Assign & dispatch any existing routes that your driver still needs access to that were previously dispatched to their old number.
- Update any Route Options (such as How many routes? or Route Scheduling auto-dispatch) that were previously associated with your driver's old account to ensure they're now pointing to the new driver account.
