Is EasyRoutes available in my language?

Currently, the EasyRoutes app itself is only in English but supporting more languages is in our future roadmap. Unfortunately we are unable to comment on timing beyond that at this point but let us know where translations into your language would be the most helpful.

It is possible to deliver a customer experience in your own language using EasyRoutes:

  • You can make all of your customer facing interactions (our notifications, packing slips and tracking pages) to work in your language by customizing this with EasyRoutes in your language - more details below.
  • Any data that's pulled from Shopify will be shown in the same language your store is configured for (for example, order items, notes in the order or instructions provided by your customers, or your staff).

Additionally, our driver app - while in English - is relatively simple to use, and any navigation directions launch into Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze, which your driver can use in their native language. Learn more.

Translating Notifications:

EasyRoutes allows full customization of the entire contents of notifications sent to your customers. Any language can be used for any notification type. To configure:

  1. From your EasyRoutes Settings > Notifications tab, within the Email notifications section, click the title of any notification/delivery status type to view a sample of how each notification will appear:

  1. Access the Edit tab of any notification to modify the contents of that notification type:

  1. Make any desired changes, and click the Save button. Repeat for other notification types/status events as needed.

Notes:

  • Common EasyRoutes terms/phrases and their meaning/usage can be found in our glossary support article.
  • If you use EasyRoutes' SMS notifications, these templates will need to be updated/translated as well. From the same EasyRoutes Settings > Notifications tab, scroll down until you reach the SMS notifications section, and update SMS notification templates in the same manner described above.
  • If you're using EasyRoutes for Shopify, there are separate notification templates (for both email and SMS notifications) for Shopify orders and Custom/imported stops. Use the two tabs above the list of notification types to switch between editing these two types of notifications.
  • For full details on working with customer notifications, see the Delivery Notifications - Email and SMS support article.
