EasyRoutes offers a number of solutions and tools to help automate your route planning workflows. Click the title of any of the features below to learn more about how each can help streamline common route planning tasks.

Creating and Saving Views

Saved Views allow users to set Route Options and filter their Orders page using custom criteria, and save these filters & options to plan any future routes that require the same criteria. Saved Views can be created in under 30 seconds and used permanently for any future route planning:

In the example above, we've created a Saved View containing orders that are not currently added to a route, and limited the Saved View to only include orders within a specific city. When accessing this Saved View, only the orders that match your filter conditions will be displayed, allowing you to create a route with relevant orders in just a few clicks.

Route Assistant / Auto-add Orders

The Route Assistant will look for new orders matching a set of filters and give notice on individual route pages and your EasyRoutes Dashboard. Once a Saved View is created, the Route Assistant can quickly be configured to watch the same set of filters, so route planners are immediately notified and can quickly add any matching orders to existing routes:

Order Automation Rules

EasyRoutes' order automation rules allow route planners to set particular rules/conditions, and apply a custom treatment to any orders that match those conditions when they're added to a route:

For example, route planners can configure automation rules that apply a stop's priority status based on the presence of a specific order tag; orders with matching attributes can be configured to automatically apply a custom amount of time to spend at that stop; orders with particular delivery methods can automatically have their stop type updated using these highly customizable rules.

Third-party Shopify Apps & Integrations

EasyRoutes' deep integration with the Shopify Admin and ecosystem unlocks additional automation potential for route planners working with data from other third-party Shopify apps. Whether you're using third-party apps for delivery date and time picking, subscription order management, product option, order printing, or shipping rate customization, EasyRoutes works hand-in-hand with many of the leading apps across these categories.
