Importing orders from Ecwid by Lightspeed

Planning optimized delivery routes using Ecwid by Lightspeed orders? Follow the steps below to export your orders from Ecwid by Lightspeed, and import them into EasyRoutes for delivery route planning.

Exporting from Ecwid by Lightspeed:

  1. From your Ecwid dashboard, click into the My Sales section of the sidebar, and select the Orders menu item:

  1. Use the checkboxes to select the order(s) you'd like to export. Click the Export selected button further down the page once all orders have been selected:

  1. From the Select: menu above the list of variables, click All to include all available order variables, then click the Download CSV file button below the list of variables:

  1. You'll be prompted to download the file, which will generate a CSV export and save it to your device's default download location.

Importing to EasyRoutes:

  1. Login to your EasyRoutes for Web account. Access the Orders page from the EasyRoutes sidebar navigation menu.
  2. Click the Import new CSV button found to the right of the map, below your active Route Options:

  1. Click the Add file(s) button and select the CSV file exported from Ecwid by Lightspeed (or drag and drop the CSV file directly onto the button):

  1. Review the import preview (shown below) to ensure all imported variables are mapped to the proper column:
    1. If everything looks correct, click the Save button, and skip to Step #8 below.
    2. If something's not right, click the Edit stops button:

  1. After clicking the Edit stops button, you'll be able to configure which CSV column is mapped to which EasyRoutes variable. Ensure that variables are mapped as follows:

  1. Once all columns have been mapped properly, click the Next button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:

  1. Imported orders will be shown as pins on the map, with order details in the table below. Review the listed orders before clicking the Import and add orders button above the map:

  1. Your imported orders will now be available as pins on the map, ready to route. Configure any desired Route Options using the controls to the right of the map. Click the Create route button above the map to generate an optimized delivery route containing your imported orders:
