Importing orders from Ecwid by Lightspeed

Planning optimized delivery routes using Ecwid by Lightspeed orders? Follow the steps below to export your orders from Ecwid by Lightspeed, and import them into EasyRoutes for delivery route planning.
Exporting from Ecwid by Lightspeed:
- From your Ecwid dashboard, click into the My Sales section of the sidebar, and select the Orders menu item:
- Use the checkboxes to select the order(s) you'd like to export. Click the Export selected button further down the page once all orders have been selected:
- From the Select: menu above the list of variables, click All to include all available order variables, then click the Download CSV file button below the list of variables:
- You'll be prompted to download the file, which will generate a CSV export and save it to your device's default download location.
Importing to EasyRoutes:
- Login to your EasyRoutes for Web account. Access the Orders page from the EasyRoutes sidebar navigation menu.
- Click the Import new CSV button found between the map view and orders list:
- Click the Add file(s) button and select the CSV file exported from Ecwid by Lightspeed (or drag and drop the CSV file directly onto the button):
- Select Provide the address using multiple fields from the address import method section:
- Use the dropdown menus below to map the CSV's fields as follows - note that columns will only need to be mapped once when initially importing a CSV file; mappings will be saved to streamline importing of any future CSV files containing the same data format:

- Once all columns have been mapped, click the Next button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
- Imported orders will be shown as pins on the map, with order details in the table below. Review the listed orders before clicking the Import and add orders button above the map:
- Configure any desired Route Options using the controls below the map. Click the Create route button above the map to generate an optimized delivery route containing your imported orders:
