Planning optimized delivery routes using Wix orders? Follow the steps below to export your orders from Wix, and import them into EasyRoutes for delivery route planning.
Exporting from Wix:
- From your Wix dashboard, expand the Sales section of the navigation sidebar, and click into the Orders tab:
- Use the checkboxes to select order(s) for export; click the Export button above the table when all applicable orders have been selected:
- A modal will display - confirm the default values match those shown below before clicking the Export button:
- You'll be prompted to download the file, which will generate a CSV export and save it to your device's default download location.
Importing to EasyRoutes:
- Login to your EasyRoutes for Web account. From the Dashboard, click the Import new CSV button and select the CSV file exported from Wix (or drag and drop the CSV file directly onto the button):
- Select Provide the address using multiple fields from the address import method section:
- Use the dropdown menus below to map the CSV's fields as follows - note that columns will only need to be mapped once when initially importing a CSV file; mappings will be saved to streamline importing of any future CSV files containing the same data format:
Column Title |

Address | Delivery address |
City | Delivery city |

Item weight | Weight |
- Once all columns have been mapped, click the Next button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
- Imported orders will be shown as pins on the map, with order details in the table below. Review the listed orders before clicking the Import and add orders button above the map:
- Configure any desired Route Options using the controls below the map. Click the Create route button above the map to generate an optimized delivery route containing your imported orders:
