Importing orders from WooCommerce

Note: view our Zapier webhooks and import integrations for more ways to connect to your WooCommerce account.

Planning optimized delivery routes using WooCommerce orders? Follow the steps below to export your orders from WordPress/WooCommerce, and import them into EasyRoutes for delivery route planning.

Note: The following steps were performed from a site powered by WordPress version 6.6.1, with the WooCommerce plugin version 9.1.4, and the Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce plugin by WebToffee version 2.5.5. Workflow specifics may vary if using older or newer versions of any of the above.

Exporting from WooCommerce:

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, click the WebToffee Import Export (Basic) tab from the sidebar navigation menu, and access the Export page as shown below.
  2. Select the Order item before clicking the button to proceed to Step 2:

  1. Select Quick export from the export method selection screen, before clicking the button to advance to Step 3:

  1. From the Advanced options screen, modify the Export line items setting to Separate rows (all other settings can be left in their default state as shown below) before clicking the Export button:

  1. You'll be prompted to download the file, which will generate a CSV export and save it to your device's default download location.

Importing to EasyRoutes:

  1. Login to your EasyRoutes for Web account. From the Dashboard, click the Import new CSV button and select the CSV file exported from WooCommerce (or drag and drop the CSV file directly onto the button):

  1. Select Provide the address using multiple fields from the address import method section:

  1. Use the dropdown menus below to map the CSV's fields as follows - note that columns will only need to be mapped once when initially importing a CSV file; mappings will be saved to streamline importing of any future CSV files containing the same data format:

Column Title

Dropdown Selection

First name shipping_first_name
Last name shipping_last_name
Address shipping_address_1
Apartment, suite, etc. shipping_address_2
City shipping_city

Postal code/ZIP code shipping_postcode
Country/region shipping_country
Email customer_email
Phone shipping_phone
Note customer_note
Order name order_id

Item name item_name

  1. Once all columns have been mapped, click the Next button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:

  1. Imported orders will be shown as pins on the map, with order details in the table below. Review the listed orders before clicking the Import and add orders button above the map:

  1. Configure any desired Route Options using the controls below the map. Click the Create route button above the map to generate an optimized delivery route containing your imported orders:
