Importing orders from Squarespace

Planning optimized delivery routes using Squarespace orders? Follow the steps below to export your orders from Squarespace, and import them into EasyRoutes for delivery route planning.
Exporting from Squarespace:
- From your Squarespace dashboard, navigate to the Orders page found within the Selling tab of the sidebar menu. Click the Download CSV button found in the upper right-hand corner above your order list:
Ensure that only Pending orders is selected from the Fulfillment section, and click Download to generate a CSV file of your pending Squarespace orders.
Optional: If only certain products are eligible for delivery, select Specific product and use the search bar to select applicable item(s) only for export:
Importing to EasyRoutes:
- Login to your EasyRoutes for Web account. Access the Orders page from the EasyRoutes sidebar navigation menu.
- Click the Import new CSV button found to the right of the map, below your active Route Options:
- Click the Add file(s) button and select the CSV file exported from Squarespace (or drag and drop the CSV file directly onto the button):
- Review the import preview (shown below) to ensure all imported variables are mapped to the proper column:
- If everything looks correct, click the Save button, and skip to Step #8 below.
- If something's not right, click the Edit stops button:
- After clicking the Edit stops button, you'll be able to configure which CSV column is mapped to which EasyRoutes variable. Ensure that variables are mapped as follows:

- Once all columns have been mapped, click the Next button in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
- Imported orders will be shown as pins on the map, with order details in the table below. Review the listed orders before clicking the Import and add orders button above the map:
- Your imported orders will now be available as pins on the map, ready to route. Configure any desired Route Options using the controls to the right of the map. Click the Create route button above the map to generate an optimized delivery route containing your imported orders:
