Delivering from multiple locations or warehouses

If you're delivering from multiple store/warehouse locations, review the tips below to automatically tag Shopify orders with their fulfillment location, filter your EasyRoutes Orders page to pinpoint these tagged orders, and set up a filtered Saved View with preferred starting location for quick route creation in the future.

Automate with Shopify Flow:

Configure and activate this Shopify Flow template - when an order has been assigned to specific fulfillment location(s), it will automatically add an order tag with the location name(s). You'll need to configure the middle step of the template to include your store's fulfillment location names - in the example below, our two store locations Delivery Central and Queen Warehouse have been added:

When configured and activated as shown above, this workflow will add the Delivery Central and/or Queen Warehouse tags to any new orders that contain inventory assigned to either of these fulfillment locations.

Configure start & end locations:

From your EasyRoutes Orders page, configure your route start location from the Route Options panel below the map - click the existing starting location to update:

Select the starting location that matches the warehouse/store location you'd like to deliver from, as well as any preferred end location for the route; click the Save button once updated:

Filter your orders

After configuring and saving your preferred start location, you'll be returned to the Orders page. From the filter controls below your active Route Options, click the Add filter button, and select Tagged with from the menu that appears:

Input the warehouse/store location that matches your starting location - in this case, Queen Warehouse. If any existing orders contain this tag, it will appear for selection when searching for the tag:

You will now have a filtered set of orders tagged with your preferred store/warehouse location, with routes configured to start from the same location:

Create a Saved View

With both options configured above still active, click the Create view button at the top of the page:

Input a name for your view, in this case, Queen Warehouse Orders, and click the Create view button:

A new tab will be added to the top of your Orders page - click into this tab to apply the tag filter and set the route's starting location to the store address as configured above:

Follow the same series of steps for any additional store/warehouse locations you'd like to deliver from. In the example below, we've configured a starting location and tags to reflect our secondary Delivery Central location, and can quickly flip between tabs to see the filtered orders & starting location that apply here instead, and create routes with these parameters pre-set:
