How do I update or change my phone number?
Currently, EasyRoutes Delivery Driver accounts are based on a driver's phone number used when signing up for the app. If you've changed or updated your phone number since signing up for the mobile app, you'll need to sign up for the app again using your new number to ensure that you have access to any dispatched routes assigned to your new number.
To initiate this process, you will need to be invited to join the app by the merchant who you'll be delivering for - they will need to follow the steps below to deactivate your old number, and reactivate your driver account using your new phone number:
- Deactivate your driver's old phone number in your EasyRoutes account.
- Add & activate your driver's new phone number in your EasyRoutes account.
- Assign & dispatch any existing routes that your driver still needs access to that were previously dispatched to their old number.
- Update any Route Options (such as How many routes? or Route Scheduling auto-dispatch) that were previously associated with your driver's old account to ensure they're now pointing to the new driver account.
