Supported Delivery Date Apps

EasyRoutes supports many Shopify apps that provide Delivery Dates:


Adding Delivery Date Support

If your app is not supported or you use a custom order attribute or date format, you can use automation rules to parse the delivery date:

We also support filtering orders by tags and attributes for every app, so you can filter orders tagged this way or use information stored from third-party applications in your order by turning your attributes settings on.


Note: if you are collecting delivery dates only via an item's properties, we also integrate with apps that help you collect additional information from your product items under product properties like Infinite Options. You can view and use this information for planning by checking "Item Properties" in your settings.


Appendix: Delivery Date Format

If you are not using one of the supported apps above or you wish to do a custom integration, EasyRoutes automatically detects dates on Shopify orders with the following order attributes:

  • Delivery Date
  • Delivery-Date
  • Order Due Date
  • Selected Date
  • Supertime Delivery Date

If you want to add this information directly, use one of the attributes with a name listed above.


As for the value itself, we recommend using the following universal date format, even though we will attempt to use other supported date formats:

Format Examples
YYYY-MM-DD

"2023-02-03"

"2023-11-04"

Here is a Shopify app that you can use for adding attributes to draft or existing orders. This app also allows you to save attribute names as presets for future use. You can also consider using a workflow automation app like Mesa for automatically adding date information into order attributes.
