If you require delivery support for your order, contact the store or business where you purchased your order directly. EasyRoutes is just the software used by merchants to power their deliveries.
Customers of stores delivering with EasyRoutes can receive an EasyRoutes Tracking Number in their shipping confirmation email:

EasyRoutes is just the software used by merchants to power deliveries. If you require support for an order you have made, or if your tracking link is not working as expected, contact the store from whom you made your purchase directly for support.
You can find the contact information for your store in the tracking page, or by reviewing your Shopify order status directly (e.g. visit "View Order Status" if you are viewing the tracking page).
