Where can I find my tracking number?
Customers of stores delivering with EasyRoutes can receive an EasyRoutes Tracking Number in their shipping confirmation email:

Alternatively, customers can also enter their tracking numbers into our order tracker at https://easyroutes.app/tracking
EasyRoutes is just the software used by merchants to power deliveries. If you require support for an order you have made, you will want to get in touch with the store from whom you made your purchase.
You can find the contact information for your store in the tracking page, or by reviewing your Shopify order status directly (e.g. visit "View Order Status" if you are viewing the tracking page).
