Where can I find my tracking number?
For any questions or support related to your delivery, please get in touch with the store or business from which you made your purchase. They have direct access to your order details and are best equipped to assist you. EasyRoutes provides the delivery software used by merchants and does not manage individual orders.
Customers of stores delivering with EasyRoutes can receive an EasyRoutes Tracking Number in their shipping confirmation email:

EasyRoutes is just the software used by merchants to power deliveries and we do not manage individual orders. If you require support for an order you have made, or if your tracking link is not working as expected, you will need to contact the store from whom you made your purchase directly for support. You can find the contact information for your store in the tracking page, or by reviewing your Shopify order status directly (e.g. visit "View Order Status" if you are viewing the tracking page).
