Can I connect multiple Shopify stores to EasyRoutes?
(EasyRoutes for Shopify only)
Currently EasyRoutes is designed like any public Shopify app - everything is tied within the concept of a single store - so it would have similar challenges that other apps would have if you have multiple stores.
This generally means that each Shopify storefront requires its own app instance and access to its own orders and drivers. If you have multiple stores (e.g. a second B2B store, multiple brands), you would need a subscription for each store to use EasyRoutes in order to manage deliveries for both this way.
However, you can import stops from other stores to plan deliveries in your current EasyRoutes app without a second subscription. These aren't treated as native Shopify orders, but If managing multiple stores' orders from a single EasyRoutes account is a requirement for your business, we support the following options:
Add Custom Stops: Use EasyRoutes' custom stop functionality to manually input customer, stop, and item details before adding it to any route.
For more information on adding custom stops, please visit How do I add custom stops from outside Shopify?
Manually Import via CSV: Import a CSV file containing one or more customer, stop, and item details before adding it to any route. For testing, if you import the "order export" spreadsheet from your Shopify admin — you should be able to map the most important fields into your current store to see how this would work.

Import via API: Connect EasyRoutes' flexible API to your secondary Shopify store, and automatically import orders via webhooks to your primary EasyRoutes account for routing.

- Automate with Zapier: Use our Shopify -> EasyRoutes Zapier template to automatically import new Shopify orders from your secondary Shopify account to your primary EasyRoutes account for immediate routing.
