⭐️ Delivery ratings
Note: Delivery ratings are currently only available on EasyRoutes Premium and Enterprise pricing plans.
Want to offer your customers a seamless way to provide feedback on their delivery experience? Enable EasyRoutes' delivery rating card for your customer order tracking pages, and customers will be prompted to rate their delivery and optionally submit comments directly from their tracking pages once their delivery is complete.

EasyRoutes for Shopify
Delivery ratings can be enabled from your EasyRoutes Settings > Order tracking tab, within the Delivery ratings section. Ratings can be enabled individually for delivery, pickup, and/or task stop types; the ability for customers to leave additional comments can also be individually controlled for each type of stop:
Additional customization options (button label, static card text and captions) can be found within the Delivery ratings section of the Tracking page text settings found further down the page:
A summary of delivery ratings received can be found on the EasyRoutes Analytics tab, within the Rating card and report:
Recently rated stops can also optionally be displayed on the EasyRoutes Dashboard. Enable the Delivery ratings card from your EasyRoutes Settings > General tab, within the Dashboard page options section, by checking the Ratings stops checkbox. Use the arrow buttons to configure how many rated stops will be shown at once, up to a maximum of 10 stops:
Delivery ratings will display for applicable stops from the Tracking tab of routes that have been started; hover over any star rating to view the customer's comment, when available:
Enable the Delivery rating checkbox from your EasyRoutes Settings > General tab, within the Route page options section to also display the same Rating column, with access to star reviews and comments, on main Route pages in addition to the Tracking tab:
Delivery star ratings and comments can also optionally be included in route exports - ensure Customer rating and/or Customer rating note are enabled as shown below to include these variables for applicable stops in your route export:
