⚖️ Balance routes

EasyRoutes' "Balance routes" Route Option will automatically split stops between multiple routes, attempting to generate routes that have approximately the same amount of stops while also trying to keep the total driving duration at a minimum.

EasyRoutes will try to calculate similar driving durations for each route as well as avoid having the routes overlap, but sometimes this isn't possible based on the the stops. In such cases, you may get better results using a combination of "Max duration" and/or "Max visits" instead of "Balance routes".

"Balance routes" can be enabled from the Route Options page, but must be enabled before creating routes; it will not be available to enable unless "How many routes?" is also configured to generate two or more routes at once:
