They have direct access to your order details and are best equipped to assist you. EasyRoutes only provides the delivery software used by merchants and does not manage individual orders.
If you see the error: The tracking number you have entered is invalid or it could not be located, contact the store or business where you purchased your order directly for support. They may have made updates to your delivery. EasyRoutes does not manage individual orders for merchants.
You can find the contact information for the store in the notification that you have received, or by reviewing your Shopify order status directly.
