Order Support - Contact Merchant Directly

If you require delivery support for your order, contact the store or business where you purchased your order directly. EasyRoutes is just the software used by merchants to power their deliveries. 

You can find the contact information for the store in your tracking page, or by reviewing your Shopify order status directly (e.g. visit "View Order Status" if you are viewing the tracking page).
