Why are my custom items not showing up?

Shopify lets you add custom items when editing an order or creating draft orders.

If the custom item has "Item is a physical product" not checked, verify that your EasyRoutes settings are including non-shippable items.

Shopify lets you specify that custom items are not physical products.

Alternatively, you can re-create the custom items with "Item is a physical product" checked. Refer to our support article on re-creating orders with items that should be physical products.
