How can I tell if Shopify orders have refunds, returns or chargebacks?

Refunds

You can view refunds on Shopify orders on the Orders tab.

"Refunded" or "Partially Refunded" orders will be reflected in the "Payment status" column on the orders table. You can use the "Payment" filter to filter by "Payment status". Check out the Cash on Delivery (COD) help article for more details about payment status.

The "Items" column will display items on the order that have been refunded:

Refunded items will be excluded from orders when they are added to routes.

Returns and chargebacks

You can view return and chargeback info on the Shopify Orders page. You can view the order list for all orders on a route using the "View in orders page" action in the actions list on route page:

You can view orders for a subset of the route by selecting stops in the stops table and using the "View in orders page" action:
