Sending customer notifications via WhatsApp
Currently, EasyRoutes does not natively support sending order updates and notifications directly via WhatsApp. However, there are a few additional options for setting this up depending on your existing workflows:
- EasyRoutes works natively with Shopify's fulfillment events, allowing users to build a custom solution using Shopify's API.
- This Shopify blog post also contains extensive details on using the WhatsApp Business App to integrate your Shopify store with WhatsApp's API.
- You can also build a custom solution using EasyRoutes' Webhooks API directly, to access key order details and use this data to send notifications through WhatsApp.
