How do I log in to EasyRoutes?
Click either link below for further details specific to the EasyRoutes product you're using:
EasyRoutes for Shopify - Desktop:
After logging into your Shopify account, use the search bar at the top of the page to find EasyRoutes:
After opening EasyRoutes from the search bar, our navigation tabs can be found in your Shopify Admin sidebar.
EasyRoutes for Shopify - Mobile:
Once logged into the Shopify mobile app, from the home page, tap on the menu icon in the lower right and select EasyRoutes from the list of pages and apps, or use the Go to... text box and search for EasyRoutes to access the app:
Once inside the EasyRoutes app, our navigation tabs can be found by tapping EasyRoutes Local Delivery from the top of the screen:
EasyRoutes for Web:
EasyRoutes for Web can be accessed via any web browser window from the EasyRoutes for Web homepage. You will have the option to log in with your email or a Google account. If you’ve created an account or logged in with a magic link in the past, you can also use the Google login option to access your existing account, as long as the same email address is used to sign in with each method. You can also click the ‘Continue to Shopify’ button to access EasyRoutes from the Shopify App Store.
For the 'Continue with email' option we will send a magic link to the email address entered. Click the Log in button from your email inbox to complete your EasyRoutes login:
For logging in with Google you will be able to select which account you want to have access to EasyRoutes:
