How do I see old orders or routes?

EasyRoutes defaults to showing orders from the past 60 days, and routes from the past 30 days, but you can quickly change the number of days that we display for both.

Older Orders - Steps:

  1. Go to EasyRoutes Settings -> General and scroll down to the Additional Options section
  2. Select the number of days to display from the "Show orders from the last:" dropdown

  1. (Only for Legacy EasyRoutes for Shopify users): You may need to grant additional permissions if you haven't already done so by requesting them as per below, and then retrying steps 1-2.

  1. Save your Settings and reload EasyRoutes.

Older Routes:

A default filter is applied on the Routes page whenever EasyRoutes is reloaded - click the X icon on the Updated last 30 days filter shown below to clear it, and display routes updated longer than 30 days ago:
