How do I re-order or re-optimize remaining stops on a route?
Re-optimizing an in progress route
If a route has been started, and some stops were completed out of order, you may want to re-optimize to re-calculate the optimal ordering for the remaining stops.
The route will reload after re-optimization is complete. Completed stops (both Attempted and Delivered) will be consolidated, and all remaining stops will be re-ordered in an optimal order.
Note: The option to re-optimize a route in progress will only appear if your store is on a Premium or Enterprise pricing plan, and has enabled driver re-optimization. Additionally, the option is only available if one or more previous stops were completed out of order.
Re-ordering stops in a dispatched route
When viewing the summary of any dispatched route, tap the Reorder button to switch into Reorder mode for that route; tap any stop in the list to initiate a re-order operation:
Use the plus or minus buttons (or your device's keyboard) to configure which position in the route to re-order this stop to; tap the Confirm button to see this change reflected in your route list, and tap Save when all required re-order operations are complete:
