How do I use my thermal printer?

Our printing labels and packing slips are designed to be flexible so they can adapt to different printer formats and paper sizes. We also provide settings (like font-size) to customize your print.

Here are some tips to help you get set up using your thermal printer:

  1. You can customize the font size of our packing labels and packing slips from your EasyRoutes Settings > Packing Slips and Labels tab; click the Customize button in the Packing slip or Packing label panels, and expand the Layout section on the left-hand side of the page - adjust the dropdown settings here to select various packing document font sizes.
  2. Ensure that you have selected the correct paper size in your printer settings (e.g. 4"x6" paper is selected)
  3. Try different 'scale' values that help zoom in or out appropriately for the label that you are trying to print.
  4. Test printing directly from the browser, vs. printing from a PDF to see what works better for your printer/device.​
