How do I create a PDF of my route?

EasyRoutes supports exporting and printing route and stop data, which can be useful for tasks like analyzing historical route data using spreadsheets, printing physical copies of routes and stops for inventory and planning purposes, or to use in situations with limited network connectivity.

EasyRoutes for Shopify

PDF via Print:

When viewing a route, click on the Print button located below the map, to the right of any active Route Options:

This will open the Print Preview panel, allowing you to select specific route and stop information - check the boxes for any items you'd like included in your PDF:

Click the Print button in the top right corner of the page - this will open the system Print dialog.

If using Safari, click the "PDF" button near the bottom of this dialog, and select "Save as PDF":

If using Chrome, instead of a physical printer, select "Save as PDF" from the "Destination" dropdown:

PDF via Export:

Route and stop data can also be exported in table/spreadsheet format for processing into a PDF.

After following the steps in this support article, open the exported CSV file in your spreadsheet application of choice. Depending whether you're using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Numbers on a Mac, you will have the option to either Export or Save as a PDF from the "File" menu, or you can use the steps above for using the Print function to save to a PDF instead.
