How to cancel a fulfillment

If you want to unfulfill an order before redelivering it, you can cancel the fulfillment in EasyRoutes:

  1. Go to the stop with the order you want to cancel the fulfillment for.
  2. In the "Items" column, click on the arrow next to the number of items in the route:

  1. Click the pencil icon in the top right.
  2. Click the three dots in the modal that appears and select Cancel fulfillment:

  1. Confirm the action in the next modal that appears. This will cancel the selected fulfillment and refresh your order data.

You can also manage your fulfillments on the Orders page in your Shopify admin.
