How do I hide the price of items in an order?
EasyRoutes for Shopify provides settings to hide or display various order and customer details, including price.
Start from EasyRoutes Settings in the app's navigation menu and follow the sections below to configure your Orders Page, Route Pages & Delivery Driver App, and Tracking Pages.
Orders Page:
Configure these settings to show or hide columns displayed in the Orders Page, below the map before planning a route. This setting does not affect driver or customer views.
- From the Orders page, click the Configure table columns button found below the map (highlighted below):
- Uncheck the Price box, or any other variables you'd like to hide:
- Click the Done button. The orders table below will be updated to display only the columns you've enabled.
Route Pages & Delivery Driver App:
Configure these settings to show or hide columns displayed in Route Pages, below the map after planning a route. This setting also affects which details will be displayed for an order in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app.
- From your EasyRoutes Settings > General tab, scroll down to the Route page options section.
- Uncheck the "Price" box, or any other variables you'd like to hide:
- Click the Save button at the top of the page. Any Route pages (and corresponding details in the mobile app) will be updated to display only the columns you've enabled.
Tracking Pages:
Configure these settings to show or hide attributes displayed in tracking links sent to customers. After making and saving changes, you can scroll back up to the top of the page and click the "Preview" button to confirm the correct variables are shown.
- From the Settings > Order tracking tab, scroll down to the Tracking page options > Display subsection.
- Uncheck the "Order price" box, or any other variables you'd like to hide.
- Click the Save button at the top of the page.
