How do I change the date format?

EasyRoutes automatically uses the date format that's set on your computer and browser for its date format. If you wish to change that format in our app or if the date format is not as you expect it to be in the EasyRoutes app, then review the instructions below under Update Date Format Instructions for an explanation on how to change your browser settings.

Tracking Page and EasyRoutes Notifications

Additionally, we also provide a locale setting for your tracking page and notifications for the date and time format under Settings -> Order Tracking -> Date/time format. The default English format is English (US) but It will be dd/mm/yyyy if you set it to English (United Kingdom):

Separately, if you are using Shopify notifications then you may need to review your store's locale and language settings further.
