How do I add custom items to a stop?

You can add custom items to stops to show additional items for your driver.  Items added in this manner will be included in route inventories, packing slips, and total route weight, and will be listed alongside other order items for each stop and route inventories from the mobile app.


  1. To start, access the route containing the order you'd like to add custom items to.
  2. Click into the Actions menu (three dots icon) on the far right-hand side of the stop you'd like to add items to, and select the Edit stop option:

  1. Scroll down to the Custom Items section.
  2. Click on Add Custom Item.
  3. Input the item's name, quantity, and optionally the weight for each individual item:

  1. Click the Add another item button and repeat step #5 to include any additional custom items.
  2. Scroll back up and click Save in the top navigation bar return to your route.
  3. When you have finished editing all the stops you would like to add items to, click the Save button in the top navigation bar to finalize these changes and update the route.
