If the route links you share are hidden by asterisks/stars, it means your mobile carrier is blocking URLs from EasyRoutes. Please contact us so we can alert the mobile carrier to rectify the issue. In the meantime your drivers can access shared routes by pulling down in the EasyRoutes Delivery App to refresh their list of routes.
