Is there a EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web?
Generally, deliveries need to be made via our EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app. EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web has been deprecated but is supported in a limited capacity for legacy plans and unsupported countries.
EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web was a mobile-friendly web-based delivery driver view to help you make your deliveries from the road using the browser on your mobile device.
Legacy Plans, Unsupported Countries and Temporary Access
While EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web is no longer officially supported, customers on our legacy plans and those operating in countries where our mobile app is not supported or is experiencing temporary issues can still access it. This app supports a core subset of the features in EasyRoutes Delivery Driver that will still allow your drivers to navigate to their route stops, update delivery statuses to inform customers and collect proof of delivery.
When you dispatch a route, you will generate and have access to a route link URL. Drivers will be able to access a route in EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web by tapping on View on Web when opening the route link on their mobile browser:
