How do I create a new tracking link?

If you need to generate a new tracking link because you are redelivering an order, you will need to go into the order you want to redeliver and delete the existing fulfillment.

Once complete, you can then go back to EasyRoutes for Shopify and add the order to a new route.

When that route is fulfilled, a new tracking link will be generated and sent in the Shipping Confirmation email.
