If you operate in a country where our mobile app isn’t available, or your drivers are temporarily unable to use it on their devices, you can request access to use this web app. It includes a core set of EasyRoutes Delivery Driver features so drivers can still navigate to their stops, update delivery statuses for customers, and collect proof of delivery.
How to access: When you dispatch a route, you will generate and have access to a route link URL. Drivers will be able to access a route in EasyRoutes Delivery Driver for Web by tapping on View on Web when opening the route link on their mobile browser:
