Migrating from EasyRoutes for Shopify to EasyRoutes for Web
If you're moving your store from Shopify to another platform, you can switch from EasyRoutes for Shopify to EasyRoutes for Web. These are separate, stand-alone applications, so there's no automatic migration between them, but the process is straightforward:
Step 1: Decide what to do with your historical data
You have two options:
- Export your data. Export what you need from your EasyRoutes for Shopify account before moving on.
- Keep your account on a Free plan. Downgrade your EasyRoutes for Shopify account to a Free plan to retain all your settings and data without paying for it.
Step 2: Recreate your settings in EasyRoutes for Web
We recommend reviewing both installations side by side and transferring over:
- All EasyRoutes settings
- Translations
- Customer notifications
- Your order tracking page settings and copy
- Order filters and route options
- Saved views (these need to be recreated manually)
- Driver roster invitations

Step 3: Test before finalizing
Once your settings are in place, test and validate the integration before finalizing the migration.
Step 4: Connect to your new source of orders
You can set up your new source of orders to flow into your EasyRoutes for Web account through any of the following:
