Mobile diagnostic reporting
If you're running into technical issues when trying to complete routes using the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app, we recommend reviewing our mobile troubleshooting support articles for quick tips on resolving many common issues. If you're still experiencing issues after reviewing troubleshooting steps, please reach out to our support team with a description of your issue.
To provide additional troubleshooting data and help our team resolve your issue more quickly, users can also submit a technical summary of their app and device configuration details via our diagnostic reporting tool.
To do so, from the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app, access your in-app settings from the upper right-hand corner of the app, and scroll to the bottom of the page before tapping Send Diagnostic Report.
Note: Diagnostics reporting is available on mobile app versions 1.0.70 and above - if you don't see this option within your mobile app, we recommend upgrading to the most recent version of the mobile app before trying again.
