EasyRoutes Activity Feed
EasyRoutes' activity feed provides at-a-glance access to events and updates related to your routes, stops, and drivers. Use the Dashboard activity feed to monitor overall progress across all of your routes and stops, or access activity feeds for individual routes to pinpoint specific details about currently active or historical routes.

EasyRoutes for Shopify
EasyRoutes' activity feed is accessible from two locations: first, from the right-hand panel on your Dashboard, containing activities for all routes and stops across EasyRoutes:
Second, from each individual route's page, by clicking the activity feed button in the upper right-hand corner of any existing route. This activity feed only contains updates pertaining to the current route you're viewing:
Click the same button on any Route Group's summary view page to access updates and activities pertaining to all routes contained within that group:
Interacting with activities
Activities displaying an arrow icon can be clicked to expand with further details pertaining to this activity. Click any route or stop update to jump directly to the route that activity applies to:
Click the timeline marker for entries in the activity feed to access details about the user or driver who initiated the activity (when available):
The user's Shopify ID (when available) can be clicked to access this user's profile within your Shopify Admin; if the activity was initiated from the mobile app, the driver's name will display instead. Hover over the two icons on the line below for additional data on this user's IP address and device details.
Activity types
All types of updates are displayed in the activity feed in chronological order, with the most recent activities at the top of the feed based on each activity's listed timestamp. Types of activities detailed in the activity feed include:

Notes:
