Troubleshooting push notification permissions
When routes are dispatched to an assigned driver from EasyRoutes on Shopify, a push notification will be sent to the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app on that driver's mobile device:
If you're not receiving a notification for a dispatched route, ensure that EasyRoutes notifications are enabled on the driver's mobile device as follows:
iOS
- Open your phone's settings
- Select EasyRoutes
- Select Notifications
- Set your notification settings (e.g. use Immediate Delivery)
Android
- Open your phone's settings
- Select Apps
- Select EasyRoutes
- Select Notifications
- Ensure the "All EasyRoutes notifications" slider is turned on
