Troubleshooting push notification permissions

When routes are dispatched to an assigned driver from EasyRoutes on Shopify, a push notification will be sent to the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app on that driver's mobile device:

If you're not receiving a notification for a dispatched route, ensure that EasyRoutes notifications are enabled on the driver's mobile device as follows:


  1. Open your phone's settings
  2. Select EasyRoutes 
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Set your notification settings (e.g. use Immediate Delivery)

  3. Select EasyRoutes 
  4. Select Notifications
  5. Ensure the "All EasyRoutes notifications" slider is turned on
