Why do I see REDACTED on some stops?

We take privacy and security seriously, both for your data as well your customers' data.

Occasionally we recieve data deletion requests from individual customers that have had items delivered to them using EasyRoutes' software.

The customer's personal information is replaced with "REDACTED" to indicate that a particular customer has requested us to delete any personal data associated with their identity. When using EasyRoutes for Shopify, the related Shopify order data is still preserved as that is stored with Shopify and not EasyRoutes so you can still refer to the original order if needed.
