How do I see contact information of the customer?

EasyRoutes Delivery Driver displays customer and shipping contact information so that you can perform your deliveries correctly.

Instructions

EasyRoutes will let you know if more than one contact is listed at the same location. For example, the phone number for the customer or the "ship to" contact can be different. This is visible below your map and any notes when viewing a stop:

The Shipping, Billing, and Customer contact information can be found in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app in the stop view under the map and the customer notes.

If you are having trouble completing the delivery, first try to contact the “ship-to” person. If they do not answer, you can then contact the customer.
