Is Your Mobile Device Compatible with EasyRoutes Delivery Driver?

Below are the key compatibility details for Android and iOS users.

Android Devices

The EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app supports Android 5 (Lollipop) and later. We also require Android devices to be Play Protect Certified as we rely on Google services. This means if your device runs on Android 5.0 or above, and is Play Protect Certified, you’re all set! Note that while EasyRoutes works for a wide range of devices, there is a caveat that very old devices may be a bit sluggish in modern environments.

Here’s how to check if your device is compatible:

  1. Open Settings on your Android device.
  2. Scroll down and tap About Phone.
  3. Look for Android Version—if it shows Android 5.0 or higher, the EasyRoutes app will run smoothly.
  4. Verify your Play Protect status by following these instructions.

iOS Devices

For Apple we support any device running iOS 12.4 or later. This means iPhone 5s and later, iPad Air and later, and iPod touch 6th generation and later.

For iOS users, the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app is compatible with devices running iOS 12.4 or later. To check if your iPhone or iPad meets this requirement:

  1. Go to Settings on your device.
  2. Tap General, then select About.
  3. Look for Software Version—if it shows iOS 12.4 or higher, your device will be fully compatible with our app.

Devices running older versions of iOS may not support the latest features or improvements, so we recommend updating to the latest iOS version whenever possible.
